30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at xiqiwork@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For the fastest service, return your item and place a new order for the desired item after the return is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you after we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at xiqiwork@gmail.com.
